J1 第二年 退税问题

请问各位前辈，这是什么原因造成的，需要怎么办？谢谢！
个人是第二年报税，去年被review过一次，也没遇到这种现象，只寄了1040-EZ，8843，8833就退回来了，但是今年看着这个消息是要求补材料，请问各位有没有遇到过相似的情况，谢谢
