我们是2位哥大的毕业的研究生，十分好相处，作息时间十分规律，正在寻找曼哈顿以及曼哈顿附近的apartment来租或者泽西城的 Newport ，租期从2015年2月1日开始，我们希望就是安静安全一点的地方，距离交通什么都近一点，生活便利一些，我们的出价是2个room 总共$1800-2200左右，每人平均$900-1100，基于条件的好坏，具体价格可以调整。我们也可以接受跟其他的人住在更大3~4间房间的apartment里面，我们希望月付。

Looking for apartment for rent in/near Manhattan

We are two Columbia graduates, who look for an apartment to rent in/nearManhattan, New York starting from 1.Feb 2015 (place such as Newport, JerseyCity besides NYC is also considerable) And we hope the location of theapartment is quiet and has good transportation to Manhattanand safe and life convenient. The price is negotiable (around $900-1100/perperson) and we could accept that we two people live with other people in anapartment of 3 or 4 rooms etc. We hope we could rent the rooms month by month.
