Vodka Collins 一款好喝好做的鸡尾酒～

Ingredients
Servings: 1 (about 172 Calories or 719 kJ)

-- 2 oz. (60 ml) vodka
-- 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
-- 1 tsp. powdered sugar
-- Carbonated water

Step 1: Assemble the ingredients.

Step 2: Put all the ingredients except carbonated water into a shaker.
Shake them until they're well blended.

Step 3: Use a cocktail strainer to strain the liquid into a Collins glass full of fresh ice.

Step 4: Top up with carbonated water

Step 5: Garnish with lemon, orange, or cherries, then serve.

我记得collins garnish 都是cherry 和 lime 就是红绿的圣诞节。
tom collins 我记得有个。。好久不搞这个了。
