Applied for their checking account with $50 bonus early this year, never received the bonus.
Call in at least 20 times and speak to at least 5 different supervisors (documentation specialist), all told me the bonus will arrive by the end of “this” week, but it never came. Wait for 2 weeks and call them again, same answer! Wait for another week, no bonus! Call again, being transferred to another supervisor, same crap over and over again, said she’s gonna solve the problem and call me back next day. Guess what? She never did.
Then I called them again last Saturday, they told me sorry MKT department is not working on Saturday, they promised me to solve the problem and call me back on Monday and i asked her to leave the voice mail if i did not pick up the phone. Guess what? No call on Monday!!!!! F***K you discover, this is how your liar customer service rep. and your bulls**t supervisor treat your so called valued customer?
Then I call back again, they said, oh we called you this morning. When? I received no miss call, no voice mail and no incoming phone record on my at&t account. Who the hell did you guys call? and where is the voice mail?
Again, the supervisor told me the same crap, the bonus will arrive this week, mkt department has to do some research for that (which have been researched for 2 freaking month!). WTF, your MKT department is a R&D department or what? It takes years to do the R&D to figure out how to credit me with the 50 dollar bonus? And they gonna take this R&D result to win the Nobel Price of what?
