我没有收到Target email。
但是按照论坛里面提供的申请的。
申请完了以后电话确认过 说我有50刀bonus会在6月第一周给我。
到6月第一周。我没有看见50也没有看见1毛钱。我写check写过3次。已经3个月了~交了三个月房租
然后我忍不住发了信问。
得到如下答复

Thank you for your message and for opening a new Cashback Checking (CBC) Account with Discover Bank. We are really excited about our new checking account and all that it has to offer! I would be happy to ensure that you are eligible to receive the $50 bonus.
Upon review of your account, I do not see that an offer was sent to you for a $50 bonus. If you did receive an offer, was it received via email or postal mail? When was the offer received? Do you have an offer code? Once we have the information from you, we can research the $50 bonus further. Additionally, you will earn Cashback bonus for the following transaction types:
-$0.10 per purchases transaction with Discover Debit Card
-$0.10 per bill paid with our online bill pay feature
-$0.10 per cleared check
You may view and track your Cashback Bonus earned from you CBC Account in the same place you always have in the card account center and on your monthly Discover Credit Card statement. Your Cashback Bonus earned from your CBC Account will be added to the Cashback Bonus that you have earned with your Discover Credit Card. Rewards from CBC will post separately so you can track how much you have earned. Please note that it may take up to 60 days for your CBC Bonus to appear in your Cashback Bonus balance after your CBC statement period.
So you are prepared, starting 7/1/2014, we will be a changing several aspects of this program:
1) The Cashback Bonus you earn on your Cashback Checking account will cease to be automatically posted to your Discover Card and instead will post to a separate rewards bank visible on the Discoverbank.com Account Center. To clarify, Cashback Checking Rewards earned through June 30 will continue to post to your Discover Card Cashback Bonus Account associated with your Cashback Checking Account as explained above. The new rewards bank will start with a $0 balance and then will begin to show your Cashback Checking rewards (including your rewards earned from 7/1/14 and forward) after your July statement posting date.
2) We will be implementing a cap on the number of purchases that will earn Cashback Bonus. After 7/1/14 we will pay Cashback Bonus on the first 100 purchases you make within the 3 categories explained above each monthly cycle. To clarify, you will still be able to make unlimited purchases with your account but will only earn Cashback Bonus on the first 100 that you make.
3) After 7/1/14 you will have 2 options to redeem your Cashback Checking rewards via a credit to your checking account or via a transfer to your Discover Card rewards bank. Both options will be allowed in $20 increments.
These changes do not impact your Discover Card Cashback Bonus. Any Cashback Checking rewards previously added to your Discover Card Cashback Bonus Account will remain there and remain governed by your Discover Card Cashback Bonus Terms.
