皮的话就买这个,每个超市里都有!!很方便
一片面要要卷起来 然后切一小块下来 擀成圆皮
放入容器,然后准备蛋液
面粉要晒细!一定要筛一下!!
依次放入各种配料,一次不要放太多,分次放!充分充分充分搅拌均匀。这个很费功夫
把调好的蛋液倒入皮里

MY DIY Egg Tart Ingredients [Crust]àor just buy the ready-to-bake tart shell from Walmart/Publix l 1 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour l 1/2 cup Shortening l 1/4 cup Cold Butter l 1 Egg l 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract l 2 tablespoon Ice-cold Water [Custard] l 2/3 cup Water l 1/3 cup White Sugar l 4 Eggs l 1/3 cup Evaporate Milk l 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Steps [Crust] 1. Break and whip an egg, add 1 teaspoon VanillaExtract, mix well. 2. Pour flour into a mixing bowl, add choppedshortening and cold butter (chopped to about 1/2 inch size), use 1 set of knifeand fork or your hands to mix flour, shortening and butter to make the mixturebecome rough pellets. 3. Add 1. into 2. and use a fork to mix themlightly. Then add ice-cold water (one tablespoon at a time) and use a fork tomix them well. At this time the dough becomes a round mass, and is a littlesticky to hands and disproportionate。 4.
