Ask for a credit report for free from the agency (in most case Experian) listed on the official letter from Citicards after you received it. This is only available for those have SSNs for a while. If you do not have a SSN or have lately received it, call Citicard backdoor # and ask for reconsidering. It's better to apply for credit cards rationally coz more hard pulls definitely cause problems like disapproval. Good luck.
