这个计划是有钱人私底下赞助各个城市的计划，他们公开场合不承认也正常。估计是怕韭菜觉醒的太快。今年纽约市长亚当斯就已经宣布设定该市监狱和学校的肉和奶制品供应上限了。就和药厂的人怎么敢公开抨击疫苗是一个道理。
