NY个人报税一直拒绝怎么办

It looks like the state of NY rejected your tax return. Here’s the reason they gave us:

It looks like you've entered income tax withheld for New York City and/or Yonkers, but the state listed in box 15 of the W-2 isn’t New York. Please log in to your return and correct your entry or if you did have NYC/Yonkers tax withheld and the state box 15 on your W-2 doesn't show the state as New York, you will have to paper file your New York return.

如题，收到邮件提示显示是上面这样的。但是我核实了很多次w2以及填写好的资料box 15都是NY并没有错。而且递交上去federal那边都接受了。不知道为什么NY这边一直不成功，请问大家知道这样的话要怎么办呢，我重新输入又递交了2次还是这个样子。。

Fed和state是分开的机构。你的问题是在state/local tax,所以联邦接受了。可以试着把w2关于state/local的部分，都删了，从新再输一遍。还不行，那你只能paper file了。

好的我再试试看！请问如果是paper file的话要怎么file呢是寄去哪里呢？我一直都是efile 没有paper file过谢谢你！

一般软件都会提供paper file instruction. 简单说就是把state tax return打印出来，你自己签名，然后按照要求附上需要的document,比如federal return, w2。这个每个州不一样。
