Job position:

Import Production Coordinator

• Track the import of product from factories via air and ocean from port of departure to the Distribution center for timely shipment of customer orders.
• Interface with distribution center, production, customs broker, drayage carrier and forwarder to ensure timely shipping and receiving of production.
  

Core Responsibilities:

• Input information received from factories into our database, in order to track air/ocean shipments.
• Create and maintain WIP charts for each season and track each sku’s movement
• Daily communication with outside vendors
• Coordinate PreProduction through Bulk samples for all Imports
• Prioritize skus for Tech and fittings based on calendar due dates
• Communicate packing instructions/requirements to the vendors
• Ensure factories have everything they need for samples and bulk production
• Microsoft word, Power Point, Excel
• Minimum 2 yrs of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; and PC skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandrin, Korean is a plus.
