刚给discover发信，告诉我没有发现我的150的cashback

还好我是从 那种Pre-Approved信里申请的~也有150灭哈哈..不用和你们一样操心

已经有回复了，确实是24小时内。不过说鉴于我这个情况，要提请到specialist那里去，说这个要等几天，所以在等着啊！

等等吧，如果你第一次给他们发信，那肯定是在24小时内有回复的。

回头我的如果有消息了，我会第一时间上来update的。

你们为什么不online chat呢。。。这么等多心烦。。。。反正我是肯定先去找online客服 找不到就打电话。。。写信是last choice

这是客服给我的回信：
In reviewing your account I noticed that we were not able to approve the offer that you applied for, you have been approved for a new offer, which did not include the additional Cashback Bonus in the original offer. Our records show that we disclosed the terms of this new offer to you, and you accepted the new offer since the account was opened.“


不知道该怎么办了。

你当时通过北美链申请的？提交的最后一步有没有写150 rewards？

意思是你当时开账户的时候已经有个什么offer给你，并且你已经享受了啊！所以就没有更多的benifit了。看来还真是鱼和熊掌不可兼得啊！不知道你当时已经有什么offer了，尝到甜头就行了。呵呵。

提交的最后一步有这个150

但是申请的时候一直处于提交proof，我提交后还是这个状态。

后来打电话说可以给另外一张卡，但电话里说还可以有这个150的返现。
