婚姻绿卡需要递交公民配偶的护照copy吗

RT，我配偶前天刚考过公民拿到了公民纸。还没有办护照。现在我们在准备递绿卡申请。看到130的checklist里面有要求公民配偶的护照复印件。这种情况我们可以只交公民纸复制印件吗？还是一定要有护照复印件才可以？另外，需要递交我公民配偶的出生公证吗？ 因为是入藉变成公民的，所以只有国内开的出生公证了。

公民纸就可以，
无需美国护照。

有公民纸复印件就行，如果接下来会办护照可以等面谈时带上复印件，不是每个公民都有护照的，这点不用担心

不管你入哪国的籍，出生证明只能是出生地做，不会因为你入了外国籍就改变出生地啊？
建议楼主最好按照要求准备所有资料，以免到时查看缺少又要补齐耽误时间。
