大家好，楼主来分享一个Renew I94成功的案例。坐标迈阿密。
背景： 楼主朋友L2身份，旧护照过期，换了新护照后，需要extend 她的I94。 我从网上查了一下，目前靠谱的分享都是说找一天出关再入关。
然而目前疫情期间，大家懂的。。。我们也不想冒这个风险，所以最开始抱着试试看的心态去了迈阿密国际机场，拿着文件想找那边的CBP office问问看能不能renew。这里暗暗吐槽机场的工作人员们，在我们找不到office的情况下，每一个都迷之自信的帮忙指路，没有人指对！ 转了一个小时都没找到，最后找到office发现疫情期间CBP 关门，有事发邮件 (MIA CBP 的邮箱地址是cbpmiai94@cbp.dhs.gov)。。。
所以我帮朋友发了邮件，然后就Renew了 （感觉像中了彩票）。邮件内容和准备的材料如下 （个人信息用XXX 代替）：

Dear Officer,

My name is XXX. My current status is L2.

I am looking to extend my I94 status due to my renewal of my passport. The i94 record number is xxxxxxx

My husband xxx has a L1 status with an expiration date on June 3, 2021. Please help me to extend my I94 status to the same day as my husband's expiration date.

My old passport number is xxxxxx , and my new passport number is xxxxx .

My current address is xxxxxx.

Attached includes the following documents:

• Old Passport biographical page
• New Passport biographical page
• Copy of US Visa with most recent admission stamp
• Most recent I94
• The FPL bill to show my address
• My husband's passport biographical page
• My husband's visa page

CBP 两周之后回复

The I-94 for the last entry has been corrected, you can print the I-94 from the web site.  You need to enter the name as it appears in the passport with all the last names.

去I94 网上查发现已经renew了。开心！不过神奇的地方是，我们在这两周之内有给Miami 的CBP打电话（电话有两个3055262840/3055262841，不过很难打进去，建议早上8点就打，没接通就每隔五分钟再打），询问update。

打通后那边工作的人员回复是：“啊我们不做这个的，你要renew 要么出国再回来， 要么去USCIS file一个文件（具体名字我忘了）。只有这两个选项”

所以也不知道我们这次email renew成功是一个独立事件还是一个隐藏的小窍门。不过疫情期间，大家如果有renew i94的需要，也可以试试，祝大家成功！
