在网上看到USCIS 回复一个expedite request (personal financial loss)例子。好像如果financial loss的原因是失去工作，基本会拒绝。

请问楼主有什么建议呀？现在不知道怎么准备evidence 了。

"While we recognize the concerns of your constituent, we are informed that expedited processing requests based on loss of employment or future employment will not be granted in cases of this type. Expedited processing requests in these cases will only be considered if the request is based on an extraordinary circumstance (e.g., a natural disaster, a medical emergency with an extended hospital stay, or there is a national interest in the applicant). If there are other or additional circumstances which relate to these types of circumstances, your constituent may submit another request with supporting documentation."

这个很奇怪，我也不明白。。。
绝大部分成功加急的都是以工作offer加financial loss为理由
我也有看到过说，如果是公司名义的financial loss，比个人名义更有说服力

看到suncash123的帖子后跑去uscis的网站瞅了一眼，severe financial loss下面的描述好像变了。。。？我隐约记得我前两个月看的时候没有这么多规定。

附上他们的信
Attn写在你的cover letter上也可以
fax机只能拨号，其他都靠你的纸质材料

非常感谢楼主的贴子分享和回答我的问题。我们情况类似，但之前我不知道怎么办。7月底偶然看到你贴子。就按这步骤做。072319—contact USCIS 加急EAD
072619—email local senator and attached proof documents
072919—senator office 回复已帮助向USCIS 加急
080519—收到USCIS mail, fax proof documents. (我看日期，072919寄出的，但一周才寄到家）
081219—USCIS 网上Case approved and New card is producing. Senator 也同时转发他office收到的proof email to me
