GLL USA has an opening position for an Product Manager Assistant in Farmingdale, NY. As an Operations Office Assistant you will be responsible to: Answering phone calls, transferring calls to appropriate parties, and taking messages. Providing shipping quotes to sales representatives, inputting customers’ information and other necessary data entry to assist sales. Releasing sales orders to warehouse, coordinating freight/parcel/local deliveries. Maintaining daily warehouse documentations, monitoring inventory level and assisting re-order process. Having warehouse experience is a PLUS! Having logistics experience is a PLUS!
Minimum Qualifications: Communication with China side sourcing office. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Microsoft Office software knowledge. Ability to work within scheduled time frame. Must be strong in attention to details, organizational skills, and time management. Must be able to multitask in and out of office, and work independently or with a team. Domestic logistics solutions (LTL/Parcel) relevant experience a PLUS.
