Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:
· Greet customers / Manage Front Desk
· Handle incoming mail from daily messengers
· Assist customers in a professional manner over telephone andemail / transferring phone calls
· Assist in some HR / Admin functions such as attendance recordmaintenance, job posting
· Office Maintenance- Submit building maintenance requests toproperty management company
Compensation:
· Base salary plus annual bonus (Flexible and commensurate withperformance)

Job Requirement:
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
· Strong computer skills, multi-tasking and enjoy term workatmosphere
· Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
· Must have proper phone etiquette
· Authorized to work in the USA
