Thank you for sharing! I had same situation (F2A using date for filing chart when indicated on USCIS website) earlier this week during interview. I did mentioned to IO about chart B, but he didn’t really buy it and was intending to deny the case. He agreed to conduct the interview after discussion, but the result is still unknown.

If possible, please share any information if you have any update. Thank you very much!

来报个DP：我的经验大概跟楼主差不多，F2A 17年6月PD，18年4月表B排到，4月6号递交了485 131 765三份表（4月份的家庭移民是接受表B递件的）。AP工卡在8月中批了下来，然后一直等呀等，到9月24号忽然收到面试通知说9月26号早上7点的面试！当时以为我眼花了，怎么面试通知下来两天就要去面试了，后来发现原来的信8月22号就寄出了，结果被USPS退件，到9月14号才重新寄出。
重点说一下面试那天。之前看过楼主这个贴所以特意在面试结束后跟IO提了一下PD的问题，IO说没事。因为面试当天他手上只有485,  130还在加州。面试结束后IO说由于130在加州，所以485现在不能马上批，他已经申请了从加州处理中心把我的I130调回来，下个星期收到130之后就会马上批。但他还是没解决我的疑问，PD都没到485怎么批？？跟他提了两次PD的问题他都说没事，现在弄得我的心好悬啊，希望不要在我身上发生相同的事吧

9/26 更新 case open for reconsideration
10/9 更新 new card is being produced
10/17 card received

特别感觉湾区的杨律师，给了很好的建议，让我们直接infopass让移民局correct
华盛顿的蔡律师也非常直接了当的告诉我们应该当移民局直接reconsideration
这两个律师都是免费给我建议，都没有说要收钱，然后建议我找本地的律师。

后来找了个local 老外律师，也给我我们很多建议，让我们怎么和移民局沟通避免浪费
钱和时间在290b上。

当然也有很多坑货律师，有的让我重新file，还有让我离境签b签证回来的（我h1b还是
有效的好吧。。。。）

祝愿大家最后都能顺利拿到卡
