不过现在其他offer都推掉了

你等到周一问一下，hr offer弄好上面批要时间，有的公司确实很慢。你周一早上还没收到就问一下

都已经辞职了所以还挺担心的

You have to wait. The only thing you can really do is send an email and follow up with the hiring manager. If you done that already, leave it as it is. There is nothing else you can do. You can continue and look for another job if you can’t wait. That’s pretty much it.

本来accept了另外一家offer 准备要开始上班了
突然收到了更好的offer

i think its worse to start for a couple days and then quit

I see...I know exactly what you mean. General rule for this kind of situation is not quit the new job, instead, let them know that you are no longer available.

Maybe is your dream job, but sometime declining a job actually makes you look very desirable. I am just saying. Plus, you never know you might actually go back to this new job that you are about to quit. Unless you are 100% absolutely sure that you will never come back and work for this company, then you can sure do that.

Bottom line, once you start on a new job, you don’t want to quit in a short period of time because you never know what will happen years down the road.

ya, i plan to let them know that i will not be able to work there. but im just afraid that for some reason, im not getting the new offer (due to changes within the company and etc.)
and i have already quit my current job.
