Fineone Hand Crafts and Gifts store is specialized in selling high-end DIY craft kits and hand made products. We are looking for high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential and motivating customers by planning, implementing and directing the sales activities.
Store Sales Associates:
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Keep the store neat and attractive.
- Ensure that all products are fresh and appealing, well-stocked, and optimally merchandised.
- Be knowledgeable about each product, help customers locate products or find suitable alternatives.
- Handle sales transactions which include operating cash registers.
- Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.
Requirements
- 1+ year retail store sales experience
- Proactive about selling product
- Excitement about hand crafts and willing to try different DIY kits
- Effective communication skills, both with customers as well as team members
- Ability to identify spoiled or poor product.
Online Sales Associates:
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Maintain website and input new products
- Be knowledgeable about each product, help customers locate products or find suitable alternatives.
- Answer customer questions on the phone or by email
- Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.
Requirements
- 1+ year online sales experience
- Proactive about selling product
- Excitement about hand crafts and willing to try different DIY kits
- Effective communication skills, both with customers as well as team members
- Ability to identify spoiled or poor product.
