2018公民配偶婚姻绿卡申请+timeline+reschedule经历

今天收到绿卡了，开心~特别感谢这个论坛以及所有有相关经历的网友的分享，所以我特意开了帐号上来汇报下情况~

首先介绍一下基本情况，楼主学生身份PhD在读，老公公民2015年入籍。楼主申了130，485，131（AP）和765（EAD）。另外大家问坐标的比较多，补充一下，坐标底特律。

Part 1：申请材料 checklist如下：

1. Checkin the amount of $535 for I-130

2. Checkin the amount of $1,140 for the concurrent filing of I-485, I-131, and I-765

*我开始交材料的时候华丽丽的把这个钱忽略了，于是材料都被退了回来，说是rejected（注意不是deny)，后来把钱和材料又寄过去了就没问题了。一直没收到AP和EAD的combo card，所以这两项材料是否齐全不得而知（我怀疑他们就没看），130和485没有rfe。

关于照片，我总共交了八张（开始没意识到130也要两张），大家申请的时候自己算着点数量。PS：Costco照的又好看又便宜，CVS额外补的…惨不忍睹+贵…

* 忘交打指纹的钱了，上面说过了

** 收到面试通知，写的是employment-based而实际是family-based，网上查了一下最近很多人有类似问题，实际面试的时候也没问题

*** 我收到面试通知发现跟学术会议有冲突，就打电话申请reschedule。事实证明，打电话reschedule基本没用，面试前五天还是几天收到信说我们收到你的请求了，网上很多例子都是这信基本没用，原来的面试你不去还是no show。所以如果你真的需要reschedule，最好冲去service center。然而我在收到这封信之前就被听说的情况吓倒了，有极端例子等了两年的，而且我的时间调开了，就去service center取消reschedule request。。。网上inforpass刷出来但是不让我约，说我有appointment coming（可能是面试时间太近了造成的？总之我就冲去了…）前台的姐姐帮我复印了我的面试通知，她说你没收到面试取消的通知也不能证明它没取消，我复印一下证明是有这个记录的，你当天准时来面试就可以了。当然，如果需要reschedule，一定要多看看网上的其他情况和步骤，多找找类似的情况，我这个其实并不算成功的reschedule，不要就按我这个来了结果出了岔子，切记切记！

Part 3：面试

没什么特别的，早上8：50的面试，我俩8：45才到

不过进去就坐了不到十分钟就开始面试了，没有分开问，总共面了半个小时。面试的是一个很漂亮的白人小姐姐。

主要问题还是你们怎么认识的，什么时候开始在一起的，什么时候领的证，家庭地址，老公名字生日，老婆名字生日，老公爸妈的名字…网上问题很多，我也没被问特别的问题，就不赘述了。

她找我们要了update的marriage evidence，我们就给了一起旅行的机票，照片（之前跟材料寄去的照片并不在档案里），车保险，今年的税表…

大概就是这样了，没想到这么顺利，好开心，希望大家的申请也能顺顺利利的~
