Beyondmenu.com is a leading web and app-based online food ordering service company that partners with approximately 18,000 local restaurants in over 1000 cities across the nation. We are among top 3 food service platforms in U.S and we are continuously expanding our business across the nation.

We are hiring Sales/Marketing Assistant to assist with sales and marketing process. Sales/Marketing Assistant serves as support for our new product selling, communicates with customers and internal departments and maintains customer relationship.

Main Responsibilities

• Learn and understand our new product, answer phone calls and present new product to customers in simple, effective and persuasive terms
• Assistant sales managers to evaluate customers needs to promote new product
• Engage with new customers, establish and maintain close relationships with customers
• Communicate effectively with customers, handle customers’ basic inquiries and provide marketing analysis to managers
• Work with software developers and other team members and bring suggestions and new ideas to team
  
  

Job Requirements

• Chinese speaking required
• Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills
  
  

• Able to suggest and create powerful, promotional marketing material
• Create and deliver sales analytic reports
• Self motivated
• Results and financially motivated
• Have great attention to details
• Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
