Job Responsibilities

o   Greet and assist customers as they shop for kitchen/bathroom remodel with cabinet updates;

o   Educating customer with industry knowledge on cabinets. Ability to translate complicated technical jargon for the average consumer. You will need to speak to customers about our product features and difference compared with other brands, and answer any questions they might have;

o   Filter customer and coordinate client and design drafter to work on the design and quote from beginning to the end;

o   Managing the full cycle ordering process to support a seamless customer experience;

o   Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers

Communicating professionally with staff and customers in a courteous, tactful and concise manner;

o   Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas;

o   Assist other team members with transactions when necessary;

o   Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses;

o   Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;

o   Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Job Requirement

o   Bachelor Degree or above;

o   Sales: 2 years;

o   Customer Relations: 1 year;

o   kitchen and bathroom related product: 1 year.
