工作职责：

responsibility：

1 通过电话， 社交媒体或其他销售方式， 开发新客户，维护，巩固及扩展老客户，完成一定的业绩指标

develop and maintain new/existing clients through phone calls, social media and other methods to meet sales quota

2.判读客户的有效性，对客户需求进行标准的把握及引导，促成商机

determine the effectiveness of the customers， to accurately meet clients’ demand

3. 为客户提供稳定周到的服务， 和客户保持长久良好的关系，并为客户提出优化建议

provide stable and thoughtful customer service， keep a long term relationship with current or existing clients

4. 积极配合其他部门和工作伙伴以达成团队业绩

teamwork with other departments to achieve team goal

任职条件：

requirement：

1 本科及以上学历；

bechelor degree or higher

2 热爱媒体行业并对互联网有比较深刻的理解

have passion with media industry and have deep understanding of internet industry

3 具备出色的沟通能力， 了解客户需求，把握客户心态， 善于拓展和维护客户关系

outstanding communication skills， good at development and maintenance of customer relations

4 具有敏锐的洞察力及应变能力， 能对事件作出准确判读， 拥有一定的商务谈判能力

keep insight and strain capacity， accurate judgement and business negotiation ability

5. 具有良好的团队合作能力， 能适应高效，快速，有压力，有目标的工作环境

team worker， adapt to high pressure work environment

6. 中英文流利

fluent in english and chinese

preferred

1 熟悉纽约地区情况并且在此居住一年以上

familiar with NY metro and have lived in NY for more than one year

2 有互联网销售， 网站电话销售，广告电话销售经验

sales related exprience
