Marketing and Communication Intern:

ISee Lighting LLC. 是一间高科技start-up, 办公室位于SFO旁边， 公司从事各种用途的LED灯和无线芯片的研发以及销售。现在需要招两名Marketing and Communication Intern帮助公司进行品牌推广相关事务。

职位描述：

1.    管理公司所有的social media账号；

2.    提供创意性建议，有效地对外宣传公司产品；

3.    根据公司的整体经营计划方案，策划相关的宣传策略，努力完成公司经营目标；

4.    定期组织市场调研，收集市场信息，掌握市场动向，市场竞争动态，发展状况趋势，及时汇报情况，并有效针对性策划相关策略；

5.    配合公司实施重大推广活动，策划各个环节的实施。

职位要求：

1.    经济、市场营销、文化传播等相关专业本科以上学历；

2.    能熟练操作OFFICE办公软件,熟练应用PPT、WORD、EXCEL等常用软件； 懂得操作绘图软件，能够进行文字图片编辑，擅长制作H5文件，能够很好的通过画面表达文字创作；

3.    良好的沟通和统筹能力，擅长活动策划头脑灵活思路敏捷，能够独立完成策划报告的撰写，负责与媒体和广告公司进行日常联系与沟通，按计划进行广告宣传和媒体投放工作；

4.    有广告，公关行业从业经验或者了解设计、工艺、美术等专门知识经验者优先。

Summary:

I SeeLighting LLC. is seeking a marketing and communication intern to join our team.An idealcandidate would be a student or a recent graduate, a quick learner and ahustler, and a team player who wants to get their hands dirty and collaboratewith the entire team.

At I See Lighting you getyour chance to put your ideas into action with maximum impact. Internresponsibilities will focus on the creation of flyer and improvementof website, but canspan to include the following (based on skills and interest):

• Manage company social media accounts;
• Providing creative and effective ideas for brand promotion;
• Providing a completely marketing plan depend on the company’s products to achieve the goal;
• Support marketing and promotional programs based on collecting more relevant information, analyze the trend of market and comparison of competitors;
• Work with the team members to implement the major promotion activities, planning the implementation of all aspects
  

Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge of basic marketing principles and  grassroots community relations
• Excellent  with Microsoft, like PPT, Excel, Word; Well Known for using photograph software, such as H5
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,including public speaking
• Ability to build relationships and create consensus
