Looking for a female roommate for 1BR/1Bath in a 2BR/2Bath Apt.

•        Great location- very close to Westfield, the Village Shopping center and 101 freeway.
•        Clean and well organized. The kitchen is furnished, and the living and dining room areas currently have no furniture. You're welcome to bring your furniture for the living room.
•        Community laundry on each floor in the complex and you will also receive one private parking space
•        Your bedroom is unfurnished. Room is available after Feb 1st
•        No pets. The leasing office will check references/credit with your application.

I am working professional, and looking for a single, professional, respectful, reliable and easygoing lady to split this comfortable apartment with!
The monthly rent is $850 including water bill, and the lease arrangement would be month-by-month.
