Account Alert: Card Not Present Transaction

今天用美国运通的卡在网上注册GRE test，然后收到运通的邮件“Account Alert: Card Not Present Transaction"
Your account was used to make a purchase, however the Card was not presented to complete the transaction. This is usually the case with purchases made online or over the phone. If you do not recognize this transaction, please call the number on the back of your Card.

有没有童鞋遇到过这种情况。
打了客服电话又live chat了还是一头雾水，只是叫我不要担心。
望有经验的大神科普。
