We can’t unlock this device because it hasn’t been active for at least six months of paid service.

买来第一天提示这个。有人之前遇到这个解决了吗！！！！

2. How do I unlock the phone to move it off of AT&T?

Do not power up the phone, insert SIM card, or activate phone.[size=11.6637px] Go through the [size=11.6637px]unlock portal[size=11.6637px] as a non-AT&T customer[size=11.6637px] and request unlock code. When it asks "Are you an AT&T wireless customer?", you must select "No"! Do not enter your phone number![size=11.6637px] The IMEI can be located on the box. The unlock instructions email should arrive within 24 hours. See [size=11.6637px]post 716[size=11.6637px] for detailed unlocking instructions.

[size=11.6637px]When you receive the email "AT&T MOBILE DEVICE UNLOCK REQUEST RECEIVED‏" from order at ecom.wireless.att-mail.com, your device is unlocked.

[size=11.6637px]You can also check the status on the website:

[size=11.6637px]The status should say:
[size=11.6637px]"Device Unlock Status - Completed"
[size=11.6637px]"Current Status: Completed"

[size=11.6637px]If you already activated the phone, try any of the following:

[size=11.6637px]A. Purchase an unlock code from eBay or an online vendor you trust.
[size=11.6637px]B. Request an unlock code as a non-AT&T customer and hope for the best.
[size=11.6637px]C. Request an unlock code as an AT&T customer. These phones should not be under contract, and should qualify to be unlocked.
[size=11.6637px]D. Request an unlock code over the phone and tell them that you are traveling overseas or that "these phones were purchased contract free, and the 60-day requirement imposes a 2 month contract."
[size=11.6637px]E. Use an old AT&T SIM to unlock.
[size=11.6637px]F. Use an existing AT&T phone number on same AT&T account.

Note:[size=11.6637px] The unlock email generally means that your phone is unlocked and nothing else needs to be done to unlock it; just follow the instructions in the email to get the phone up and running on your chosen network.

完全按照这个来操作的，但是收到的邮件是 your device is flagged as fraud，  we can't unlock it.
我进citi链接后我拿户主账号买的，包裹名字也是户主的，但是升级的电话号码是我的，不清楚怎么回事
