Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time talented specialist, who will work as part of a team andprovide high quality administrative support for human resources functions andtransactional services that span all phases of the employment life cycle(recruitment, selection, hiring, performance, succession, development andtransition). The specialist also provides exceptional service as a liaison toother departments and staff. This position is located in New York. We offer acompetitive compensation and benefits package and a dynamic and professionalwork environment.
Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
·      Controls the flow with all pre-hire compliance,including but not limited to, mailing pre-hire paperwork and recruitingliterature, making follow-up calls to leaders to determine candidate status andentering information and activity into the applicant-tracking database.
·     Understandsand executes all pre-hire compliance related steps to determine hiring criteriawithin the healthcare field including background checks, drug screen trackingand verification of professional licenses.
·     Initiatesthe onboarding process, including but not limited to, tracking of pre-hirepaperwork, preparing offer letters, preparing sign on bonus agreements,maintaining employee files, checking for compliance, developing, maintaining,producing and implementing appropriate compliance documentation, trackingspreadsheets, reports and other administrative support as needed.
·     Respondingto phone calls, emails and letters regarding HR related questions.
·     Creatingand maintaining company’s public files.
·     ProcessingPersonnel Action Requests and Leave of Absence paperwork.
·     Assist theleader to complete office work and other administrative work when needed.
Required Background/Skills:
·     Fluency inboth Chinese and English.
·     Collegedegree and major of HR required
·     Have adriver license and drive easily in New York and nearby.
·     Polished,articulate, and detail-oriented
·     AdvancedComputer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
·     Ability tointeract professionally with employees of all levels within the firm; strongcommunication skills are highly desirable

·     Rollinginterview process.
·     Interviewsbegin end-February.
·     Looking tofill this position as soon as possible.
