今天收到irs的一份信，不知道怎么办，求姐妹支招

大家好，今天我收到irs的一封信，里面说：
"We received one of the following items from you or your authorized third party on Mar.18,2016.
-Correspondence ,
telephone inquiry,
payment,form,response to our inquiry or notice,
penalty abatement request,
installment agreement,
other..........................
we are working on your account, we need 45 days to let you know....you dont need to take any further action now on this matter.."
信封开头显示的tax periods 是 Dec.31.2014..

信件里面没有提及到什么具体的事，需要我做些什么啊？会不会是被审计了？里面显示的事2014年，请问是不是针对的事2014年的退税情况，并不是2015年的事？

三个月前，我是有收到irs关于报2014年税1042表的notice，并和学校一起准备了材料于三月份回复了他们。今天收到的信件是关于这件事吗？好疑惑啊。。。。。。。。。。
最近在准备gre。。。真心没有时间打理这些事。。。求姐妹支招：（（（（（

信上说了你现在什么都不用做嘛
意思就是那个材料他们受到了，大概45天处理，处理完会告诉你结果的，到时候可能有需要做的手续
