Account Manager/Assistant Account Manager
We expect someone who can be highly responsible, organized, efficient, and good with the numbers. Must be fluent in English.
Better to have basic Accounting knowledge or experience; and any experience with corporate financial planning will be highly desired.
This position requires working for minimum 12 hours per week; starting base rate will be $10-20/hr based on experience. This is a long-term assignment so we expect someone can take this role for long-term; full-time opportunities & visa sponsorship can be provided based on performance.
Responsibilities include:
* Processing of payroll and individual tax deduction;
* Answer any payroll related questions as per requested from employee;
* Generate and send monthly paystubs to employee in a timely manner.
* Generate monthly invoice for clients/vendors.
* Overlook account receivables and payments from vendors, make sure payments are made within the due dates;
* Communicate with vendor side Account Manager regarding any pay issues;
* Manage employee benefits accounts such as health care insurance, and other insurance premiums;
* Manage employee reimbursements & issue reimbursement checks;
* Work on monthly income statement & revenue/expense forecasting sheets.
* Work with immigration attorney for employee visa documents;

要求沟通能力强,性格外向,进取,情商高,具备计算机操作能力和办公软件操作能力office等。需要Excel 公式使用熟练。
