应该是。说的是re-bill50刀，换20k。得收到50刀之后才可以吧

我收到了chase的回信，说“We would like to explain that the $50.00 statement credit and 80,000 Reward Point offer is only available when applying for instant credit while booking an IHG hotel reservation online. Regrettably, we are unable to honor your request and issue the additional points to the account since the specific reservation path was not used for this offer.
