Salary : Negotiable About TeMetal Investment Inc. TeMetal Investment is a California base incorporated company. We own and run Global Lumber Inc.and TeMetal Recycling Inc. We mainly dealing with raw material commodity trading like copper,aluminum,timber logs and lumber.The investors of Temetal come from the United States and China.We sell all our commodity to China,Vietnam,Korean,Japan,EU,Turkey…all over the world where manufactory happens. The company serves more than 200+ customers worldwide.
Now we bring joint ventures with local forest management corps and will have a sales(buyer) and logistics team in Tri-state area( Indiana,Ohio and Kentucky). We would like have more talents to have fun work together and helping our customers sourcing more raw materials from all over the world. Job Description & Responsibilities: Individual to be a resource, responsible to coordinate export trafficking functions, data entry, and document distribution duties associated with customer export shipments through trucking company,the shipping lines or our logistics forwarders. 1) Order Processing: Receive documents and initiate logging process, confirm data received is in compliance with all US Custom requirements, process all documents in accordance with requirements, coordinate cargo availability and arrange pickup and delivery, and finalize billing and distribute documents as required.
2) Shipment Status reporting: Review daily monitoring reports, ensure all measurements standards are met, and proactively report non-conformances.
3) Maintenance: Ensure all tables complete and current, assist in accounting issues, perform RFI/RFQ as required, and ensure all communications are prompt and content is accurate.
4) Prepares export declarations and related Bills of Lading in Ocean Exports.
5) Coordinates the outbound movement of international freight shipments.
6) Establishing rates and services with third party carriers and forwarders.
7) Bilingual (中文Chinese,Vietnamese,Korean,Japanese) and some knowledge of interpreting Letters of Credit would be an asset. Job Requirements:
1)Prefer at least one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a customer service type environment. The experience of logistics company,trucking company,shipping lines or forwarders company would be a plus.
2)A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
3)Must be able to work in a fast paced office.
4)Very good communication, Good at numbers,Attention to detail, and organizational skills required. —VERY important!
5)Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude.Leadership experience is a strongly desired.
6)Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications or familiar with Mac Pages and Numbers.
7)Good at using iPhone or Android phone to work mobility and more effectively. Please note: There is no relocation or immigration assistance associated with this opening.
