求助OPT回国

OPT 9/12生效，EAD已经到手，VISA有效，打算OPT期间留在老板这里做research
assistant，老板已经开了信说"work as research assistant during OPT period (at least 20 hours/week), it
will start as soon as OPT starts.".

打算9/22回一次国，会不会有问题？

老板这信可以算是正式的job offer吧？上面也没写发工资，其实是会发的

This letter is to certify that we have provided [my name] with the opportunity to work as a research assistant in [Dept] at [Univ.] during his Optional Practical Training (OPT) period. He will be working at least 20 hours per week. [my name] will start work as soon as his Employment Authorization Document (EAD) from the US Department of Homeland Security becomes effective (Sept. 12th, 2015).
