求助，关于华盛顿特区的car inspection

本人持特区驾照，前几天在马里兰买了一辆二手车，在特区DMV拿到tag后，需要去DMV指定地点做inspection，问题来了，现在本人通过了汽车检查，但是不知道下一步汽车检查费用的35刀需不需要缴纳，在哪里缴？谢谢各位！

All Vehicle Inspection Fees are collected at the time of vehicle registration and registration renewal. Depending on your registration date, you may have already paid for the inspection or will pay upon your next renewal.

Note: The Inspection fee includes two free re-inspections, if required, during the 20 day period of the failed inspection sticker.

Reinspection Fees and Late Fees
Reinspection fees (for re-inspections required after the 20 day failed period) and late fees are collected at the time the registration is renewed.

Vehicle Inspection        Fee
New Vehicle Inspection Sticker
for Privately Owned / Not For Hire Vehicle        $10.00/4 years
Privately Owned / Not For Hire Vehicle        $35.00/2 years
(includes 2 reinspections within 20 days)
Taxis        $35.00/6 months
(includes 2 reinspections within 20 days)
Commercial Vehicles        $35.00/1 years
(includes 2 reinspections within 20 days)
Inspection Late Fee        $20.00 per each 30-day period or portion thereof
(capped at $480.00)
Reinspection Fee        $35.00
(Applies after expiration of original 20-day reinspection period or if more than 2 reinspections are required, a $20.00 Late Fee will also be charged for being late.)
Inspection sticker replacement        $10.00
Payment and Credit Cards
DMV accepts payments in the form of cash, check, money order, or credit card.
DC Government accepts VISA and MasterCard credit cards. DC Government does not accept American Express and Discover credit cards.
All outstanding debts (child support payments, outstanding tickets, and dishonored checks) to the DC Government must be satisfied before completing most of your DMV transactions.

所以，就是在领tag的时候我已经缴纳了，无须缴纳了对吗？我记得当时领牌照的时候，DMV的工作人员对我说需要在拿到车检报告后去官网输入一些什么东西，我忘记了。
