I have been invested an insane amount of money in this car; I'm on a conservative tune that makes ~350awhp on a dynojet.
This was built by Paul Leung (who now apparently owns Yimisport) many years ago and tuned by Jon Drenas. If you know Subarus you know these names. My loss is your gain.
Negative is that the check engine light is on due to intermittent misfire but I have used it to drive back and forth from LA to SD without any problems.
I will only discuss price in person after you've driven the car.
