关于运通Delta gold和Delta Platinum的bonus

已有delta gold
看到这个月delta platinum的offer心痒想撸一张拿60k和$100的bonus.
但是好像delta gold和delta platinum是一个family的产品。
而且申请页面写着
If we identify you as currently having an American Express® Card account, you may not be eligible for this welcome bonus offer. This offer is also not available to applicants who have or have had this product.
然后问了客服居然说不确定，只是说你可以申请，bonus的事要考虑其他。
有同时拿到这两张全部bonus或者一前一后拿到全部bonus的同学现身说法吗？
