看了下小编说的签证有效期必须在离开的时候有三个月以上，官网并没有这个要求。关于三个月的说法，要求里只有关于护照有效期的：
1. Original passport or travel document (+ ONE COPY of the identity pages). Your passport must have been issued less than 10 years ago[, be valid for at least three months after your return to the US and have at least 2 blank visas pages left.

关于签证有效期，只有这个要求：

要求第五条： A valid U.S. permanent residence card ("green card") or a valid US visa with valid I-94 and/or valid I-20 or I-797 + 1 photocopy , or an Advance Parole document.
We do NOT accept applications from B1/B2 visa holders. They must apply in their country of residence.

持有有效美签即可，并没有说有效期

要求第六条： If the country of final destination is not the applicant’s country of citizenship, please submit a valid visa, a resident permit, a work permit or any other document showing that the applicant is allowed to enter or reside in such country.

即只要你会美国的时候能顺利入境，也就是说入境日期在签证期限有效范围内
