Accounting

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

-      Assess the effectiveness of the company’s processes and internal control structure and then design and implement changes to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and economic value of a control or process. The gamut includes setting up processes, working on accounting policy, developing internal control guidance, and establishing accounting best practices for process documentation

-      Provide management oversight and direction for the Company’s Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Fixed Asset and Tax activities. A focus on strong A/R and A/P management is crucial.

-      Provide timely and accurate financial reports for monthly, quarterly, year-end close

-      Assistance with company owner to prepare the annual/quarterly company budget

-      Maintain financial document retention files

-      Manage the daily operations of reporting in the Accounting department as well as the financial statement close process, including reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations

-      Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

-      Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly

-      Prepare and/or review of all expense reports for accuracy and proper expense disclosure

Mandatory requirements:

-      Mandarin Speaker required

-      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting，E-commerce/Fashion Industry background is a big plus

-      Proficient in QuickBooks (3 years minimum experience)

-      Proficiency in Microsoft Office

-      Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

-      Highly organized and detail oriented

-      Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision

-      Strong verbal and written communication skills

岗位职责：

-       评估，并优化公司内部财务流程。范围包括建立流程，制定内部财务流程指南以及建立财务各类文档

-       确认/创建总帐，应付帐款，账款结算，工资核算，和银行对帐

-       提供及时准确的月度，季度，年末公司财务报表.

-       与CEO密切合作，协助CEO制定年度/季度公司预算

-       维护并保留所有公司交易和资产的账簿和记录。

-       在付款之前，查看所有发票以获取相应文件和批准。

岗位需求：

- 要求会说普通话

- 会计学学士学位，注册会计师优先。有电子商务和服装行业背景优先。

- 精通QuickBooks（3年+）

- 熟练掌握Microsoft Office

- 能够在快节奏的工作环境中确定优先级和完成多种任务的能力

- 数字敏感，注意细节

- 良好的口头和书面沟通能力
