请问汽车被撞后我想要求diminished value

他们回复是：Please supply proof of your vehicle value / offer before the accident and vehicle value / offer after the accident proving diminished value.  We need proof to consider any claim for diminished value.  Without any evidence showing the loss of value and how much, we can’t consider the claim.
