Full-stack Engineer，

• Prior working experience in a fullstack developer/engineer role or similar
• Strong server-side programming experience using Core Java, multi-threading, internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP), Junit
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery/AJAX
• Good understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Comfortable working in a Linux shell environment, ability to do simple Linux shell script coding
• Knowledge of non-blocking IO programing is a plus
• Knowledge of following languages/technologies are plus: Python, Node.js, Scala, Redis, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, AWS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, NginX, ZeroMQ
• Knowledge of the Agile methodology and tools like Jira, Confluence
  
  

Java Developer

      

• Prior working experience in a java developer/engineer role or similar
• Strong server-side programming experience using Core Java, multi-threading, internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP), Junit, HTML and JavaScript
• Comfortable working in a Linux shell environment, ability to do simple Linux shell script coding
• Knowledge of non-blocking IO programing is a plus

Front End Engineer

• Experience with one or more popular modern JS frameworks such as AngularJS and NodeJS
• Excellent understanding of mobile oriented, responsive web design techniques
• Expertise applying User Experience (UX) best practices
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with D3.js
• Diagnose and resolve bugs in an efficient and effective manner
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Experience working in an iterative, agile software lifecycle with strong ability to estimate/scope the development of projects
  
  

Business Development Manager

• Identify, prioritize and close new developers/publishers who integrate and use the company's platform to monetize their mobile applications. Focus attention on the highest priority accounts that are in line with the company strategy.
• Negotiate contracts according to the company's revenue, gross profit, and other business objectives.
• Work with Developer Relations to aid in the successful transition of relationships post initial contract and launch.
• Plan, develop, and evaluate new client-driven initiatives on an on-going basis; participate in cross-functional teams as needed.
• Recommend areas for new technology development that will permit the capture of new markets and products. Work with Product Management and Engineering to provide solutions for new potential clients.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients. Ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver the business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a positive reputation within the industry.
• Understand applicable laws and best practices followed in the industry; work with Legal team to ensure compliance.
• Represent the company, its Mission, Values, programs and achievements at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.
• Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary.

Advertising Sales Manager

• Learn to identify, prioritize and close new clients to meet the company's revenue and gross profit objectives. Focus attention on the highest priority accounts that are in line with the company strategy.
• Work with Advertising Sales Managers to negotiate contracts according to the business objectives.
• Create and continuously improve sales materials, presentations, and documentation for all company products.
• Assist in the planning, developing and evaluating of new client-driven initiatives on an ongoing basis; participate in cross-functional teams as needed.
• Research areas for new technology development that will permit the capture of new markets and products. Work with Product Management and Development to provide solutions for new potential clients.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients. Ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver the business objectives
• Develop and maintain a positive reputation within the industry.
• Support communication with in-bound leads of varying sizes and contribute towards on-going development of qualification process.
• Obtain and enforce basic laws and best practices followed in the industry; work with Legal team to ensure compliance.
• Work with Account Management to aid in the successful transition of relationships on accounts post initial contract.
• Work with internal Production and Analytic resources to grow and develop partner's businesses.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.
• Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary.
• Establish individual goals in support of the overall company targets.
