As anIT Tech, you’ll work in a dynamicenvironment supporting our users.  You’llhave the opportunity to utilize your technical skills and continue to learn newones all while having fun.

What you’ll do at KZ Kitchen Cabinet and Stone Inc.:

Support users in person and over the phone

Troubleshoot end user desktop issues with Windows andprinter technology

Troubleshoot Windows Server and Intuit Intuit QuickBooksEnterprise

Educate and set up new users, including imaging, newhardware

Upgrade KZ’s network and system, both hardware and software

What you’ll need to join KZ:

Education requirement is high school degree, and minimum1-year work experience

Experience in LANs, WANs, Personal Computers (Windows),Windows Server, and server software applications

Understanding of large account environments and protocolrequired.

Ability to multitask with strong organization and timemanagement skills

Able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaintswithin a timely fashion

Able to lift or move 20 lbs.

Any technical certification is a plus, such as Comptia A+,network+, CCNA, and etc.

Fluent in Chinese (mandarin or Cantonese) and English
