Looking for a clean, quiet, respectful, and laid back male/female SMC/UCLA student to take over a private bedroom in this new single family house.

The house is recently remodeled so everything is completely new with laundry machine included. The room is fully furnished with a twin bed, desk, and chair. Additionally, the house is equipped fast internet to enhance your working/studying.

It is 4 minutes walk away from Big Blue Bus #7, #8 which go to Santa Monica College and UCLA. The house is also conveniently located near a Japanese market, Trader Joes, Ralphs, freeway 10 & 405, and delicious restaurants.

There is currently one tenant living in the house who is a respectful male Japanese student from Santa Monica College. You will be sharing the bathroom with him. Additionally, you will also be living with a Vietnamese family of three.

The house provides free wireless internet. Utilities (gas, water, electricity) cost an additional $30-$50/month/person.

Plenty of street parking, free, no permit required.

House rules: tenants must wash dishes the same day and must stay in the kitchen when using the stove burners.
Absolutely no smoking and no pets.

Having guests over are ok, but no parties.

Looking for someone who can stay for at least 6 months.
Security deposit is $800, refundable within 21 days after moving out. Monthly rent is $800/month.

To move in, you need to sign the lease, put down the security deposit, and pay first-month rent.
