Hi All,

I have a master bedroom with private bathroom and 2 walk-in closets available for rent starts July 01st. My house is located at a very safe and quiet neighborhood in west Plano.

All the public area has been furnished. You are very welcome to use all the devices like washer, dryer, microwave and toaster. . .etc. as long as you treat it with respect.
My roommates and I are working form 8 am to 6 pm mostly later, so we won't be home most of the day time. We would like to find somebody who is honest, reliable and friendly to share the house together!

Convenient Location:
4 mins to Walmart/ Central Market
8 mins to 75 Central Expway
8 mins to Dallas Tollway
8 mins to George Bush
8 mins to UT Dallas

Required:
1. 1 month lease (7/01/15 to 7/31/15)
2. Copy of your Driver License
3. REFUNDABLE security deposit $200

Other Information:
1. Rent is $475 for a person and another $50 for the second tenant.
2. With Garage
