citi forward 更改了cash back规则？真的吗

餐馆和亚马逊5%的返点都没有了，都改成1%了？
那我是不是可以打电话把这个换成其他卡啊？
citi可以这样操作吗？多谢指点

But on citi back web, there is no more this type credit card. New student forward, which is different with old one.
