卖的时候是paypal扣的 不是ebay啊 现在得才是ebay啊

ebay fee 是大概 10-12%，一个月收一次

一个月收一次？！ 我就卖了一次东西啊 ...
这么说以后我不卖东西也要每月收40美金？

这是final value fee啊。你这个月卖了多少钱的东西就要交这些东西的总额的10%。
这个月你没卖东西就不用付了呗。
