貌似强制换新卡的浪潮就要来了

根据几大机构达成的协议，到2015年10月，所有在美国使用的信用卡都必须加载EMV芯片。于是目测今年各大银行都会加快换新卡的速度。Citi尤其迅速，基本上旗下所有品种都已经开始更换了。AMEX的新卡Everyday系列也已经是全部搭载EMV，Platinum也已经有EMV版可以免费索取。

但是市面上最主流最入门的信用卡，都还没有开始芯片化呢，更加不用说呆逼卡了……由此看来，在未来的12个月里，必然会掀起一波换卡的高峰期。

最后点名BS下几家抠门大银行，估计未来要他们大出血了

第一名：Capital One，号称美帝第四大银行，居然旗下没有一张芯片卡，看来要大放血了
第二名：Discover Financial Services，2012年就开始嚷嚷着上EMV了，到目前为止就没见过带EMV的
第三名：Barclaycard，貌似只有夏威夷航空这一张卡带芯片，其他全部都是old school stripe

不寄新卡对银行损失很大…chase是全球visa卡最大发行银行，Amex是全球最大单家发卡行，这俩都会慢一些

银行换卡很容易，商户换终端机才难。目测银行商户各种收紧腰包涨价， 要bonus就赶紧吧

几年前大UK就开始用芯片卡了...来了美帝之后发现一切又都倒回去了 还不如英村儿... 马上要换了的节奏么 正好BOA那张卡丑的不行 趁机换一张顺眼点儿的...

按资产规模的话就是第四了，yahoo finance自己去看各家的data就知道了…别忘了C1收购了HSBC在全美的信用卡业务，还有ING控股
