美联航会员 mileage program

本人加入美联航会员不久, 发现之前的一次中国之行并没有任何里程积分.  心里琢磨着可能是因为婚后last name 改了夫姓, 而中国护照上的名字还是以前的名字,也正是回中国的ticket上面的名字. 偶以为跟那边的客服解释一下他们应该可以理解并予以纠正.可是貌似不是那么简单.   这个Reply 也不知是不是拒绝的意思? 有人碰到类似情况吗?  多谢!

I understand your concern about how your name appears on your account versus the name on your ticket.  Here is what you should know about tickets, identification and your account:        

      

• Your MileagePlus account must have a title.  If your ticket has a title, it will most likely append to the end of your first name.  This will not stop you from receiving credit in your frequent flyer account or affect check-in.
• The first and last name on your account must match the first and last name on your ticket in order to receive automatic credit for flight miles.
• You will still earn miles for qualifying flights with or without a middle name or middle initial on your ticket or account.
• The first and last name on your ticket should match the name on your government-issued photo ID.

我进account info 看了,好像木有可改的地方.
