网上申请入籍问题

坐标湾区。两周前我在网上提交了N400。很快就收到了receipt。但是网上状态一直是"Your case status is unavailable at this time".
用receipt number在"egov.uscis.gov" 查到的结果是”Error: The application receipt number entered is invalid. Please check your receipt number and try again.“。
然后发现需要等17个月？”Estimated time* until case decision: approx. 17 months“
请问这种情况正常吗？
老婆比我迟一个月申请，状态已经是"Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS"。”estimated time“只需要9个月。
