the Longwood Avenue and has a primary clinic. Massachusetts Medical

medical service platform that is directly connected to the top hospitals in the

United States, helping customers to access the world's most authoritative

latest medical treatment technology and the latest drugs, so that customers

have authoritative medical advice. At present, it is signed a strategic

cooperation agreement with the Global Education Department of Harvard Medical

School, USA, with the Massachusetts General Hospital of Harvard Medical School,

Brigham and Women's Hospital, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston Children's

Hospital, and Massachusetts Eye. The ear hospital, the Beth Israel Deaconess

Medical Center, the McLean Hospital, the Joslin Diabetes Center and the Tufts

Due to business development needs, Massachusetts Medical International is looking

for the following position: Executive Assistant. We welcome people of insight

Operation/Communication Team

· Coordinating venues, and supplies for several events

· Planning, coordination, and execution of all types of events

· Managing event timelines, working directly with our team to plan

· Develop partnerships with Hospitals, Medical Schools, Research labs and independent physicians, and maintain sustainable relationships with them

· Utilize various connections to seek remote diagnose, overseas medical treatments, and overseas medical training clients;

· Serve as a liaison between business partners, clients, and the company, work with internal teams in coordinating customer service, ensure business retention through excellent customer care

· All other duties as assigned





Requirements:

· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduates

· Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to carry out assigned projects to completion
