我是去年一月17号在纽约递交的材料 今年一月17号面谈 因为面谈当天移民官说要求我补新的体检证明 所以一直等补材料的信到现在都没有等来 上周去infopass 填写了一张单子说明来的原因 告知移民局我没有收到过信件 然后移民局回了封邮件给我 如下

On January 17, 2018, we had mailed you a Request for Evidence (RFE) to the address we have on file for you, and our records do not show the U.S. Postal Service returned the RFE as undeliverable. If you have submitted the information we had requested in the RFE, then we are still reviewing your case. Should further information or documents be required to complete the adjudication, you will receive a written correspondence outlining the required documentation or action. Otherwise, a final decision will be mailed once your case is complete. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time.
他们非要说寄过信给我了可我真的没收到
他们这意思是不是会马上再寄给我一封呢

”他们1月17号已经给你寄过信了，而且显示是投递成功的。如果你已经提交了资料，那么他们还在继续审理你的案子。如果他们需要更多的材料，会给你发信说明具体需要些啥，否则的话，就会审理完之后告诉你最终的结果。”  你不然问下看他们能不能再给你补寄一次呢？或者你能不能直接把要补的材料寄给他们？就这个邮件来看的话，感觉不会马上给你寄信的

可我已经告诉他们了我没收到信 为什么就不能直接补寄给我呢
